The Dublin Festival of History will take place from 26 September to 12 October 2025. This year’s Big Weekend will be held in the Round Room at the Mansion House on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 September.

Now in its thirteenth year, the Dublin Festival of History is an annual event featuring free activities such as walks, talks, tours, screenings, and more.

The festival offers an opportunity for people in the city to listen, discuss, and engage with topics presented by best-selling Irish and international historians.
