The Arts Marketing Association (AMA) has launched a vital initiative to gain insights into current pay circumstances for marketing roles across the UK cultural sector.
The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete and includes the chance to win a year’s AMA membership (or extension for current AMA members).
This survey will help AMA to:
- Update the Arts Marketing Association (AMA)’s Salary Minimum Guidelines which were launched in 2021/22
- Benchmark sector pay against job roles.
- Advocate for fair pay and conditions for arts and heritage marketers
Who should participate?
AMA welcome input from all arts and heritage marketing, communications, or audience development professionals across the UK, including both PAYE employees and those of you who are self-employed.
